Don Siegel is an Operating Advisor for Thoma Bravo, where he provides financial management, operations and reporting guidance to the firm's portfolio companies. Based in Chicago, he joined the firm in 2015 and most recently served as the Vice President of Portfolio Analysis. Don joined Thoma Bravo from City Capital Advisors, where he was an Investment Banking Analyst, working on mergers, acquisitions and valuation analysis. Before City Capital, he was a Transactions and Restructuring Associate at KPMG, performing financial due diligence and quality of earnings analysis for both Private Equity and Strategic buyers. Don graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with an MBA in Financial Analysis and dual bachelor degrees in Accounting and Finance.

Paul Statham is an Operating Advisor at Thoma Bravo. Paul has over 30 years’ experience of founding and operating successful technology businesses, with a focus on rapid growth through innovation. Most recently he was CEO of Condeco, a global leader in workspace scheduling, that was acquired by Thoma Bravo in 2021. At Condeco, Paul’s visionary views on the world of work and the management of the workplace helped shape the technology within the sector. As CEO, he oversaw the opening of nine offices around the world and was instrumental in developing new global markets across four continents, led three acquisitions to expand the solution portfolio, and grew revenues from zero to $100m. Previously Paul co-founded RNM Systems, a consultancy company delivering outsourced software development to some of the world’s leading corporations. Paul also co-founded FX Player, an online fantasy trading game which was sold in 2005 to IFX Markets in 2005. Paul spent the first 16 years of his life in the electronic security industry, where he was co-founder of Masco Security, one of the UK leading providers. He is also a Trustee of Charlton Athletic Community Trust, a charity dedicated to empowering young individuals to improve their lives and their environment.

Adam Thier is an Operating Advisor at Thoma Bravo. He is a senior software engineering executive with an exceptional track record at multiple startups and SaaS leaders, as well as at one of the world's largest software companies. Adam attributes his success to his passion for great design and an understanding of human/computer interaction. He spent several years as the SAP executive sponsor of the Hasso Plattner D.School at Stanford University, where he coached teams of graduate students on design-thinking projects.
Most recently, Adam was Head of Applications at Vianai, which focuses on building a platform that removes the technical and expertise barriers so regular business users can understand and apply the advantages of AI/ML in their operations. Before Vianai, he was Chief Technology Officer at Avetta. While there, he was awarded the CXO of the Year award from Utah Business Magazine for his work in helping change how millions of tradespeople interact with technology and reduced their accident and fatality rates by over 75%. Before Avetta, he was EVP of Engineering for the SaaS business line at Keynote Systems, which was acquired by Dynatrace, a Thoma Bravo company. Prior to that, Adam spent seven years in executive leadership positions at SAP, including SVP of Engineering and Chief Architect, where he worked directly with the company's global customers on a variety of technology programs. Before SAP, he was SVP Application Development at Hyperion. Adam has a BA degree in Communication Arts from Marist College.

David Weiss is an Operating Partner at Thoma Bravo. David is a seasoned executive with over 25 years in the software business. From 2002 until 2011, he served as President and CEO of Numara Software, Inc. (formerly Blue Ocean Software), where he led the company to significant growth through product and market expansion. Prior to Numara, David served as vice president of worldwide marketing for Citrix Systems, Inc. during its rapid expansion from a small, private company to a global leader in remote access software solutions. He also was part of the founding team of a VC-funded software company in the late 1990s, and he spent seven years at Lotus and five years at IBM in various sales, marketing and technical positions. Dave has BS degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Duke University.

Kristin Nimsger Weston is an Operating Partner at Thoma Bravo. She has more than 20 years of experience driving outsized growth in software and technology companies. Kristin was President of Kroll Ontrack, where she ran the legal tech business from start-up to more than $200M in seven years. Kroll Ontrack operated in 23 countries with 1500+ employees when it was sold to Providence Equity Partners in 2010 for over $1.1B. She then was the General Manager of the litigation software division of Thomson Reuters. Kristin then served as CEO of two Vista Equity Partners portfolio companies: MicroEdge, which was sold to publicly traded Blackbaud (Nasdaq: BLKB) for more than 7x MOIC in 2014, and Social Solutions Global which was sold to Apax Partners in 2021 for 5x MOIC. During her time with Social Solutions, Kristin led the negotiation of the partnership and investment from Ballmer Group, which included a $59M investment from former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer, who joined the company's Board of Directors. Before joining Thoma Bravo, she served as a Senior Advisor, Private Equity to Vista Equity Partners. Kristin has a BA from the University of Minnesota, a Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law, and a Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management.
