Donna Riley Bebb is Senior Director, Head of Responsible Growth and Governance (RGo) at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, she joined the firm in 2022 to lead Thoma Bravo's enterprise-wide RGo strategy and build upon the firm's long-standing commitment to responsible business practices and strong governance. Before Thoma Bravo, Donna was Head of Global Credit and ESG at Google for nearly five years. In that role, she oversaw $56 billion of corporate cash and designed an investment-grade ESG portfolio strategy to lower risks and enhance returns in alignment with Google's mission and values. Before Google, Donna spent three years as a Research Fellow focused on ESG innovation for the Steyer-Taylor Center for Energy Policy and Finance at Stanford University. She spent the beginning of her career at various corporate and investment firms in credit and financial roles. Donna earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and she graduated summa cum laude from Temple University with a BBA in Risk Management.

Kate Rodgers is a Senior Associate on the Responsible Growth and Governance (RGo) team at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, she joined the firm in 2024 to help manage Thoma Bravo’s enterprise-wide RGo strategy and build upon the firm's long-standing commitment to responsible business practices and strong governance. Before Thoma Bravo, Kate was a Senior Associate on the Corporate Social Responsibility team at Kroll, helping to build the company's global ESG strategy. Previously she was an Associate Consultant on the Corporate Strategy & Research team at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Kate graduated cum laude from Duke University with a BA in Public Policy.
