Jade Bellcourt is Vice President, Human Resources at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2019. Previously she worked for Resolution Media, a global digital marketing company backed by Omnicom Media Group. Jade held several titles during her tenure there, her final being Manager, Human Resources. Jade has her BA in Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and she is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Alexis Czaja is Director of Human Resources at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2021. Alexis brings 18 years of experience leading Human Resources departments and programs for multiple organizations across the financial industry. Most recently, she was Human Resources Director at Waud Capital Partners, a growth-focused mid-market private equity firm. There, she was responsible for all facets of human resources, including talent acquisition and retention, co-founding the diversity and inclusion committee, revamping company benefits, streamlining payroll processes, and onboarding new employees. Previously she was VP & HR Business Partner at Antares Capital, Assistant VP and Senior HR Business Partner at Mesirow Financial - Advanced Strategies, and Human Resources Manager at Aurora Investment Management. Alexis has her BBA in Marketing from Saint Xavier University.

Christy Hart is a Human Resources Associate at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2019 and works closely with the support team on scheduling and general office coordination. Before Thoma Bravo, she was a Custom Specialist & Senior Stylist with Trunk Club, and she held a variety of marketing roles, including Account Executive at Legacy Marketing Partners and Account Manager at Marketing Werks. Christy has her BA degree in Anthropology, with a focus on Linguistics and Language in Culture, from Miami University.

Lauren McLaughlin is the People Operations Manager for Thoma Bravo's Chicago office. She joined the firm in 2019. Lauren is responsible for Thoma Bravo's Chicago office project management and supports the firm's Human Resources and Compliance teams. Previously she served as the Institutional Sales Support Coordinator for Capital Group Institutional Investment Services, where she helped manage relationships across 200 clients representing more than $1 billion in new and existing client flows. Prior to Capital Group, Lauren was the Managing Co-Chair for Gala 4 Good, the largest fundraiser for the Hinsdale Junior Woman's Club. Before that, she held various project management, marketing, and executive assistant roles at Global Electronic Trading Company, Contego Capital Partners LLC, and Merrill Lynch. Lauren holds a BA degree in Communications Management and Marketing from the University of Dayton.

Ele O’Brien is Senior Associate, People Analytics at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2023 and focuses on compensation analysis, workforce planning and forecasting, DE&I reporting, and other employee data-driven programs. Before Thoma Bravo, Ele was the People Operations Manager for Green Thumb Industries, the second largest U.S. cannabis consumer packaged goods company with over 4,000 employees. Previously she was a Senior Consulting Analyst with Accenture and a Consultant with Interior Define. Ele has a BS degree in Communication, Economics and Theatre from Northwestern University.
