Jade Bellcourt is vice president of human resources at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2019. Before Thoma Bravo, she worked for Resolution, a global digital marketing agency backed by Omnicom Media Group. Jade held several titles during her tenure there, her final being manager, human resources. Previously, she was a human resources consultant at Tandem HR, a full-service professional employer organization (PEO). Jade holds a B.A. in communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Jeanine Calabrese is senior vice president of payroll operations at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she rejoined the firm in 2025 to manage payroll and the financial/tax impacts of employee benefits. Jeanine was previously at Thoma Bravo for 13 years, from 2010 to 2023, and left to explore the nonprofit sector at Bookminders Inc. Prior to her original Thoma Bravo role, she served as inventory accountant at Enesco LLC and, before that, was a senior accountant at WTAS (Andersen Tax). Jeanine holds a B.S. in accounting and finance from DePaul University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kimberly Crittenden is a senior associate on the Payroll team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2022. Before Thoma Bravo, she was the payroll coordinator at East Bank Club. Kimberly holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago.

Alexis Czaja is director of human resources at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2021. Alexis brings 18 years of experience leading human resources departments and programs for multiple organizations across the financial industry. Most recently, she was human resources director at Waud Capital Partners, a growth-focused mid-market private equity firm. There, she was responsible for all facets of human resources, including talent acquisition and retention, co-founding the diversity and inclusion committee, revamping company benefits, streamlining payroll processes and onboarding new employees. Previously, she was a vice president and human resources business partner at Antares Capital, assistant vice president and senior HR business partner at Mesirow Financial, and human resources manager at Aurora Investment Management. Alexis holds a B.B.A. in marketing from Saint Xavier University.

Becca Galliano is vice president of talent at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2025 to manage talent acquisition and recruitment. Previously, she oversaw the recruitment function at Strongpoint Partners, a private-equity-backed financial services firm, where she was responsible for identifying, assessing and attracting top talent. Drawing from more than a decade of experience in recruitment leadership, strategy and execution in a variety of industries, she focuses on providing best-in-class talent practices to build high-performing teams. Becca has an M.S. in higher education and a B.S. in speech language pathology, both from Eastern Illinois University. She is also a certified professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).

Christy Hart is an associate on the Human Resources team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2019 and works closely with the support team on scheduling and general office coordination. Before Thoma Bravo, she was a custom specialist and senior stylist with Trunk Club, and she held a variety of marketing roles, including account executive at Legacy Marketing Partners and account manager at Marketing Werks. Christy holds a B.A. in anthropology with a focus on linguistics and language in culture from Miami University.

Ele O'Brien is a senior associate of people analytics at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2023 and focuses on compensation analysis, workforce planning and forecasting, DEI reporting, and other employee data-driven programs. Before Thoma Bravo, Ele was the people operations manager for Green Thumb Industries, the second largest U.S. cannabis consumer packaged goods company with over 4,000 employees. Previously, she was a senior consulting analyst with Accenture and a consultant with Interior Define. Ele has a B.S. in communication, economics and theatre from Northwestern University.

Jessica Scott is an assistant vice president of human resources at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2025. Before Thoma Bravo, Jessica was a senior human capital consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where she focused on HR and recruitment strategy. Previously, she served as an advisor at Northwestern University. Jessica holds an M.Ed. in counseling from DePaul University and a B.A. in psychology and English from the University of Michigan.
