With over 25 years in the financial industry, she has helped to innovate, optimize and deliver solutions that drive growth and efficiency in times of great challenge and change. In 2019, Cynthia founded Citrine Strategy, a strategic consulting firm focused on the development and execution of digital strategy, data strategy, and Agile transformation. In several of Cynthia’s past roles at leading financial companies she developed technology strategies to support critical business processes, client-facing products, site support and infrastructure. Her past roles include Chief Technology Officer at Donnelley Financial Solutions, Chief Information Officer at Mesirow Advanced Strategies, Senior Vice President at Northern Trust, and Chief Information Officer at UBS Brinson. Cynthia earned a BS degree in Engineering – Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Christina Roitto is a Vice President, IT Governance and Program Management for Thoma Bravo, where she is responsible for project portfolio management and running strategic IT projects. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2020. Before Thoma Bravo, Christina was the Technology Lead for General Ledger & Procurement at Nordea, leading the technology strategy for the accounting technology platform in close collaboration with executives in Group Finance. She also served as Management Partner for Group Functions CIO at Nordea, where she led the strategic planning of the application and project portfolio. Prior to Nordea, Christina spent six years at TietoEVRY in a variety of technology leadership roles. Most recently, she was Head of Global Project Management, where she led a global unit of 80 project managers across India, Czech, Finland and Sweden. Before TietoEVRY, she served as Communications Officer for the Finnish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce (FINSVE). Christina earned an MS degree in Media Technology from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
