Madison Bolich is an Administrative Assistant at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, she joined the firm in 2024. Before Thoma Bravo, Madison was an Administrative Assistant with Advent International. Previously, she held various technology and engineering recruitment roles at Apple and Insight Global. Madison has a BA in Communication and Media Studies from San Francisco State University.

Dave Clarke-McKoy is a Media Production Assistant at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, he joined the firm in 2025 to focus on all aspects of media production, including videography, audio/podcast production, live stream production, editing, and social media content creation. Dave has over a decade of experience designing and managing high-end recording studios, leading multi-camera livestreams, and producing video and audio content for top-tier brands, including The New York Times, Apple, and the Golden State Warriors.

Megan Frank is Managing Director, Head of Communications and Marketing at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, she joined the firm in 2019 and is responsible for defining and driving the firm’s communications strategy across audiences to protect, promote and enhance the Thoma Bravo brand. Megan has more than 20 years of experience in communications, most recently serving as the Head of Communications for Allianz Global Investors in the US. Prior to that, she held communications and media relations roles at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Paine Webber (now UBS), as well as PR agencies including Burson-Marsteller. Megan earned a BA degree in Political Science from Colgate University.

Kellie Hoverter is a Senior Coordinator on the Investor Relations team at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, she joined the firm in 2021. Kellie brings more than 12 years of administrative experience with various technology and financial companies. Most recently, she was Senior Executive Assistant to the CFO of Okta, Inc. (NASDAQ: OKTA). Previously she held executive assistant roles at TPG Growth, Cambridge Associates, e.l.f. Beauty, and Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Kellie holds a BS in Communication, Management & Design from Ithaca College.

Jennifer James is Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Investor Relations & Marketing at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, she is responsible for leading Thoma Bravo’s business operations strategy, supporting the needs of current and prospective investors, and directing the firm’s industry communications programs.

Since joining the firm in 2015, Jennifer has played a pivotal role in not only scaling Thoma Bravo from approximately $8 billion to over $180 billion in assets under management,^[1] but also in shaping the investor experience behind one of private equity’s most successful growth stories. Significantly, she spearheaded the firm’s fundraise of $34.4 billion in fund commitments that closed in 2025, as well as the 2022 close of Thoma Bravo Fund XV at $24.3 billion in fund commitments, representing the largest tech-focused buyout fund ever raised.

Outside of Thoma Bravo, Jennifer serves on the board of PEWIN (Private Equity Women Investor Network) and the Bravo Family Foundation, a nonprofit focused on building a more inclusive and prosperous society and economy in Puerto Rico. She is also on the advisory board of SEO Scholars San Francisco, which helps underserved students gain access to top-tier educational opportunities.

Jennifer holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and an AB in History from Bowdoin College. Earlier in her career, she held several marketing and financial services leadership roles, including Director of Marketing & Communications for Alta Partners. Directly prior to Thoma Bravo, she was a Partner of Investor Relations & Marketing at Sofinnova Ventures.

Jennifer is a recognized leader in private equity and investor relations, specifically. She has been named to PEI Group’s list of Women of Influence in Private Markets,^[2] recognized as one of the Women to Watch in Fundraising by The Wall Street Journal and WSJ Pro Private Equity,^[3] and honored as one of the Most Influential Women in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times.^[4]

Emma Kirkland is a Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, she joined the firm in 2019. Prior to Thoma Bravo, Emma worked for Probitas Partners as a Vice President responsible for fund placement project management, and she spent over three years with Denning & Company responsible for fund placement coordination. Emma earned a BS in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning from the University of California, Davis.

Veronica Kortmann is Executive Assistant, Investor Relations, at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, she joined the firm in 2023. Before Thoma Bravo, she was an Executive Business Partner at Twilio. Previously she was an HR Advisor and Executive Assistant at DocuSign and held various administrative roles at Russell Reynolds Associates and Kilroy Realty Corporation. Veronica has a BA in Communication Studies from California State University, Northridge.

Sean O'Keefe is a Senior Associate on the Investor Relations team at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, he joined the firm in 2022. Before Thoma Bravo, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Sean graduated with a BS degree in Finance from Georgetown University.

Josh Orth is a Senior Vice President of Communications and Marketing at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, he joined the firm in 2025 to lead its content strategy across all platforms. Josh has more than 25 years of experience in communications and marketing, most recently serving as Content Manager at Voya Investment Management. In that role, he developed written and visual content that promoted the brand, facilitated sales and raised investment teams’ profiles. Josh held similar roles at Allianz Global Investors and The Dreyfus Corporation. He holds a BA in Writing and Literature from The New School for Social Research.

Amanda Sarracino is an Executive Assistant at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, she joined the firm in 2025. Before Thoma Bravo, she was Executive Assistant to the CEO at Social Capital. Amanda has over a decade of experience in various executive and administrative assistant roles with companies such as Cruise, Fortress Investment Group, and Vastardis Capital.

Jennifer Wade is a Senior Vice President of Communications and Marketing at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, she joined the firm in 2021. In this role, Jennifer manages the firm’s content marketing, PR, and social strategy to elevate the Thoma Bravo brand and the firm’s portfolio companies. Before Thoma Bravo, she was head of marketing communications at Comcast Ventures, where she managed content production and editorial strategy. While there, Jennifer worked with the company’s executives and portfolio companies to build brand awareness and generate deal flow. Previously Jennifer worked as a field reporter and producer for several NBC stations in California and Oregon. Before that, she served as a brand spokesperson and managed digital content and various social initiatives for Sony Pictures Entertainment. Jennifer graduated cum laude with a BBA in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University.

Elizabeth Yates is Managing Director, Investor Relations and Head of Americas at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, she joined the firm in 2016. Previously, Elizabeth was part of the private equity project management and origination team at Park Hill Group (Blackstone) in New York. She started her career as an investment banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at UBS Investment Bank in New York. Liz holds a BS degree in Economics from The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania.
