Prior to that, she held communications and media relations roles at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Paine Webber (now UBS), as well as PR agencies including Burson-Marsteller. Megan earned a BA degree in Political Science from Colgate University.

Before Thoma Bravo, Kaleigh held several roles at Morgan Stanley, including an analyst on the leveraged finance desk covering healthcare and an associate in the institutional equities division on the prime brokerage desk. While at Morgan Stanley, she was selected to be the ambassador to Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital, where she worked with New York Presbyterian to improve efficiencies and reduce costs. Kaleigh graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS degree in Finance from Northeastern University.
