Irina Hemmers

Irina Hemmers is a partner at Thoma Bravo. She joined the firm in 2023 to lead and grow the London office and help deepen Thoma Bravo's presence across Europe. Before Thoma Bravo, Irina was a partner and head of technology at Inflexion Private Equity. Previously, she was a partner on the TMT team at Apax Partners. Irina started her career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. She holds an M.P.A. from the Harvard Kennedy School and an M.A. in international economics and business studies from Leopold Franzens University in Innsbruck, Austria.
