Europe

Europe is our dedicated buyout platform for the European middle-market and lower middle-market. It extends our “buy-and-build” strategy to an ecosystem that we believe is rich and has innovative, high-growth software companies — many of which, in our view, have high-quality technologies and management teams but lack operational discipline. With the Europe platform, we have sought to implement rapid operational improvements at each portfolio company, followed by potential add-on acquisitions in an effort to generate continued growth.
