Valerie McPhail

Valerie McPhail is an executive assistant at Thoma Bravo. Based in Miami, she joined the firm in 2022. Before Thoma Bravo, Valerie was the executive assistant to the CEO and co-founder of Rent The Runway. Previously she served as executive assistant to the Co-CEO at WeWork and held office manager roles at Ancient Holdings and Spring Studios. Valerie graduated cum laude with a BA in English and Theology from Mount St. Mary’s University.
