Tricia Douglas is an assistant vice president on the Accounting team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2024. Prior to Thoma Bravo, she was an assistant controller at Industrial Growth Partners, where she worked on fund accounting, management company operations, tax, audit and valuations. She also held similar accounting roles at Versant Ventures and BlackRock. Tricia has a B.S. in accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
