Shari Huisman is a managing director and deputy chief financial officer at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2012 and leads its accounting, financial reporting, tax, treasury and fund operations functions. Previously, Shari served as an assistant vice president at JPMorgan, where she provided fund administration services to private equity clients. She began her career at Ernst & Young, focused on private equity and other asset management clients. Shari holds an inactive Certified Public Accountant license in the State of Illinois, a B.S. in accounting and an MPA from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
