Managing Partner
Scott Crabill is a Managing Partner at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, he joined the firm in 2002 to help develop its investment strategy in the software industry. Scott is responsible for identifying and executing new deals, working closely with portfolio companies as an active board member, and helping to manage the firm. He was previously part of the investment team at Summit Partners, where he was involved in private equity investments in software and other technology businesses. Scott also worked as an investment professional at private equity firm J.H. Whitney and in corporate finance at Alex. Brown & Sons. Additionally, he is a board member of the CPMC Foundation, which is the capital raising arm of Sutter Health hospital in San Francisco. Scott earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
