Rich Snipes is a technology partner with Thoma Bravo. Rich has more than 25 years of experience in technology, software, and private equity value creation. Throughout his career, he has led engineering, software development, product management, operations, post-sales, and consulting teams, focused both as an operator and advisor on creating enterprise value within private equity-backed software companies. As a partner at West Monroe, Rich led the firm's technology advisory and value creation practice within the High Tech & Software industry. He previously served as founder and CTO of Brightroom, an angel-funded startup that sold to a PE-owned software and services company. Rich has a BA in Physics and Economics from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
