Paul Li is a senior vice president and controller – buyout funds at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, he joined the firm in 2019. Prior to Thoma Bravo, he worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he advanced through several roles, most recently serving as an audit manager. Paul earned a B.S. in accountancy and a Master of Accounting Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
