Noah Baer

Noah Baer is an associate on the Portfolio Valuation and Reporting team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, he joined the firm in 2024. Noah helps manage the firm's valuation needs, including quarterly valuations across its buyout, growth equity and credit investments. Before Thoma Bravo, he was an associate on the finance and portfolio valuation team with Monroe Capital, where he was responsible for software, media and healthcare valuations. Noah holds a B.A. in finance from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
