Nick Leduc is a vice president of Investor Relations – Credit at Thoma Bravo. Based in New York, he joined the firm in 2025. Before Thoma Bravo, Nick was a principal on Hayfin Capital Management's partner solutions team. Previously, he was an investor relations associate at Palladium Equity Partners and worked in investment banking at Guggenheim Partners. Nick holds a B.S.B.A. in finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
