Michael Winther

Michael Winther is an associate on the Flagship team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Miami, he joined the firm in 2026. Prior to Thoma Bravo, Michael was an investment banking analyst in the global technology group at Morgan Stanley. Michael graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in business economics from Brown University and an M.Sc. in economics and finance from HEC Paris.
