Megan Frank is managing director and head of Communications and Marketing at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, she joined the firm in 2019 and is responsible for defining and driving the firm’s communications strategy across audiences to protect, promote and enhance the Thoma Bravo brand. Megan has more than 20 years of experience in communications, most recently serving as the head of communications for Allianz Global Investors in the U.S. Previously, she held communications and media relations roles at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and PaineWebber (now UBS), as well as positions with PR agencies including Burson-Marsteller. Megan earned a B.A. in political science from Colgate University.
