Max Werner is an assistant vice president and assistant controller – firm at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, he joined the firm in 2023. Before Thoma Bravo, Max spent almost five years with Citadel, most recently as a senior corporate accountant. Previously, he was a senior accountant with EY. Max holds a Master of Accountancy and a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
