Matt Gilbert is a managing director on the Capital Markets team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Miami, he joined the firm in 2016. Previously, Matt was an investor focused on software and technology companies with the private equity firm Summit Partners. Earlier in his career, he worked as an investment banking analyst in the leveraged finance group at UBS in New York. Matt graduated cum laude with a B.S. in business administration and finance from the University of Southern California.
