Mark Maier is a director and chief technology officer at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, he joined the firm in 2021 and focuses on technology operations, user experience and productivity. Prior to Thoma Bravo, Mark worked at financial technology and services organizations such as Donnelley Financial Solutions and Mesirow Financial, where he was responsible for infrastructure, IT operations and workplace technologies. He began his professional career in IT consulting with Deloitte. Mark earned a B.S. in general engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
