Marcin Spik is a vice president on the Tax and Accounting team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, he joined the firm in 2023 to assist with tax compliance and accounting for the general partner entities. Before Thoma Bravo, Marcin was a senior tax manager for the investment funds group at Plante Moran. Previously, he held several tax management roles for global accounting and professional services firms, including PwC and Crowe LLP. Marcin is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Master of Accounting Science and graduated with highest honors with B.S. degrees in accountancy and finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
