Lynn Vu is an operating advisor with Thoma Bravo, where she provides financial management, reporting, and operations support to the firm's portfolio companies. She is a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning corporate finance, operations, and strategy across public and private technology companies. Most recently, Lynn served as VP of finance at Dragos, Inc., an industrial cybersecurity software company, where she drove strategic planning, operational efficiency, and cross-functional initiatives. Before that, she held senior finance leadership roles at CARET, Mitek Systems, SOASTA (acquired by Akamai), and ID Analytics (acquired by LexisNexis Risk Solutions), where she built finance functions from the ground up, supported multiple M&A transactions and integrations, and partnered closely with executives and investors to align financial strategy with business outcomes. Lynn earned her BS degree in Business Management from San Jose State University.
