Leigh Salzman is an executive assistant at Thoma Bravo. Based in Miami, she joined the firm in 2024. Before Thoma Bravo, Leigh was an executive assistant to a Senior Portfolio Manager at Schonfeld. Before Schonfeld, she was an executive assistant to the founder, CEO & COO at Verano. Previously, she spent eight years in the music industry, most recently as a producer at Comma Music. Leigh earned her BA in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Iowa.
