Krystal Orel is an administrative assistant on the Finance team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2025. Before Thoma Bravo, Krystal was a project coordinator and executive assistant at Russell Reynolds Associates. Previously, she served in a variety of operational and administrative roles at HabitNu, First Look Appraisals and Eating Recovery Center. Krystal holds a B.S. in healthcare administration from Eastern Illinois University.
