Keaton Hart is a senior associate on the Flagship team at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, he joined the firm in 2022. Prior to Thoma Bravo, he worked in investment banking as an M&A analyst in the consumer and retail group at Lazard. Keaton graduated cum laude with a B.B.A. in accounting from Brigham Young University.
