Kathy Nalepka

Kathy Nalepka is an assistant vice president on the Portfolio Valuation and Reporting team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2021 and helps manage quarterly valuations of the firm's portfolio companies. Before Thoma Bravo, Kathy spent six years at global accounting consultancy Crowe LLP, most recently as a valuation manager. She also volunteers for various nonprofits focused on teaching financial literacy to under-resourced communities. Kathy graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in finance honors and economics from DePaul University, and she studied international economics at Budapest Corvinus University.
