Kate Rodgers is a senior associate on the Responsible Growth and Governance (RGo) team at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, she joined the firm in 2024 to help manage Thoma Bravo’s enterprise-wide RGo strategy and build upon the firm's longstanding commitment to responsible business practices and strong governance. Before Thoma Bravo, Kate was a senior associate on the corporate social responsibility team at Kroll, helping to build the company's global ESG strategy. Previously, she was an associate consultant on the corporate strategy and research team at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Kate graduated cum laude from Duke University with a B.A. in public policy.
