Joe Grady is a vice president on the Discover team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Miami, he joined the firm in 2020. Prior to Thoma Bravo, he worked as an investment banking analyst in the global industrials group at Credit Suisse in Chicago. Joe earned his B.B.A. in finance from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.
