Joanna (Jo) Hylton is a senior vice president and controller – Europe at Thoma Bravo. Based in London, she joined the firm in 2025. Prior to Thoma Bravo, she spent nearly eight years at Cairngorm Capital Partners, most recently as a partner and finance director. Previously, she held various accounting and finance roles with H.I.G. Capital, ESPN and BDO. Jo holds a B.Sc. in economics from the University of Bristol.
