Jessica Scott

Jessica Scott is an assistant vice president of Human Resources at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2025. Before Thoma Bravo, Jessica was a senior human capital consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where she focused on HR and recruitment strategy. Previously, she served as an advisor at Northwestern University. Jessica holds an M.Ed. in counseling from DePaul University and a B.A. in psychology and English from the University of Michigan.
