Jen McCormick is an executive assistant at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, she joined the firm in 2025. Before Thoma Bravo, she spent nine years with Think Investments as chief of staff to the founder. Previously, she was an executive assistant at TPG Growth. She began her career in the media and entertainment industry, working in production for both Pixar Animation Studios and CNN. Jen holds a BS in Science, Technology & International Affairs from Georgetown University.
