Jeanine Calabrese is senior vice president of Payroll Operations at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she rejoined the firm in 2025 to manage payroll and the financial/tax impacts of employee benefits. Jeanine was previously at Thoma Bravo for 13 years, from 2010 to 2023, and left to explore the nonprofit sector at Bookminders Inc. Prior to her original Thoma Bravo role, she served as inventory accountant at Enesco LLC and, before that, was a senior accountant at WTAS (Andersen Tax). Jeanine holds a B.S. in accounting and finance from DePaul University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
