Based in San Francisco, she joined the firm in 2019 and is responsible for defining and driving the firm’s communications strategy across audiences to protect, promote and enhance the Thoma Bravo brand. Megan has more than 20 years of experience in communications, most recently serving as the Head of Communications for Allianz Global Investors in the US. Prior to that, she held communications and media relations roles at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Paine Webber (now UBS), as well as PR agencies including Burson-Marsteller. Megan earned a BA degree in Political Science from Colgate University.

Wall Street Journal and WSJ PRO Private Equity named Jennifer one of the Women to Watch in fundraising, and San Francisco Business Times honored her as one of the Most Influential Women in the Bay Area. Before Thoma Bravo, she served as Partner, Investor Relations & Marketing, for Sofinnova Ventures. Previously, she served as Director of Marketing & Communications for Alta Partners, and she held several marketing and financial services leadership roles. Jennifer earned her MBA from Northwestern University and her AB degree in History from Bowdoin College.

Prior to joining Thoma Bravo, Saniya advised Maris Africa on the company’s global fundraising strategy. Saniya earned a Masters degree in European Business from ESCP-EAP in Paris and a BSc in Economics from UCL in London.

While there, Jennifer worked with the company’s executives and portfolio companies to build brand awareness and generate deal flow. Previously Jennifer worked as a field reporter and producer for several NBC stations in California and Oregon. Before that, she served as a brand spokesperson and managed digital content and various social initiatives for Sony Pictures Entertainment.
