Helene Koutsoudakis is an operating partner at Thoma Bravo. She brings more than 22 years of software experience to her role. Helene previously served as CFO at Adenza, which was a merger of Calypso and AxiomSL backed by Thoma Bravo and successfully sold to Nasdaq in 2023. Before that, she was CFO of Calypso, which was backed by Bridgepoint and Summit Partners prior to its acquisition by Thoma Bravo. Earlier, she served as an operating partner at HG Capital, where she worked across multiple portfolio companies, and held various finance leadership roles at Advanced. Helene has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Rand Afrikaans University in South Africa and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
