Gracie Durham is an associate on the Flagship team at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, she joined the firm in 2025. Prior to Thoma Bravo, she worked in investment banking at AQ Technology Partners and as a consultant with Mastercard Data & Services. Gracie graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in engineering sciences and a B.E. in mechanical engineering from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College.
