Erica Wenguer

Erica Wenguer is a vice president and controller – credit at Thoma Bravo. Based in New York, she joined the firm in 2026. Before Thoma Bravo, she spent 13 years at PwC, most recently as a director focused on auditing alternative investment entities. Erica is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an M.S. in accounting from the University of Florida and a B.S.B.A. in accounting from Washington University in St. Louis.
