Elizabeth Yates is a managing director of Investor Relations and head of Americas at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, she joined the firm in 2016. Previously, she was part of the private equity project management and origination team at Park Hill Group (Blackstone) in New York. She began her career as an investment banking analyst in the mergers and acquisitions group at UBS Investment Bank in New York. Liz holds a B.S. in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
