Eliza Young

Eliza Young is a senior vice president of Communications and Marketing at Thoma Bravo. Based in New York, she joined the firm in 2022 and focuses on brand management, content and editorial oversight, and internal communications. Eliza has more than 15 years of experience across a variety of sectors, including nonprofit, technology and finance. Prior to Thoma Bravo, she held communications roles at Meta, Macquarie, Allianz Global Investors and JPMorgan Chase. Previously, she served as a writer and researcher for international human rights and humanitarian organizations. Eliza earned an M.A. in international relations from King's College London and a B.A. in European history from Barnard College at Columbia University.
