Ele O'Brien

Ele O'Brien is a senior associate of People Analytics at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2023 and focuses on compensation analysis, workforce planning and forecasting, DEI reporting, and other employee data-driven programs. Before Thoma Bravo, Ele was the people operations manager for Green Thumb Industries, the second largest U.S. cannabis consumer packaged goods company with over 4,000 employees. Previously, she was a senior consulting analyst with Accenture and a consultant with Interior Define. Ele has a B.S. in communication, economics and theatre from Northwestern University.
