Donna Riley Bebb is a senior director and head of Responsible Growth and Governance (RGo) at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, she joined the firm in 2022 to lead Thoma Bravo's enterprise-wide RGo strategy and build upon the firm's longstanding commitment to responsible business practices and strong governance. Before Thoma Bravo, Donna was head of global credit and ESG at Google for nearly five years. In that role, she oversaw $56 billion of corporate cash and designed an investment-grade ESG portfolio strategy to lower risks and enhance returns in alignment with the company’s mission and values. Before Google, she spent three years as a research fellow focused on ESG innovation for the Steyer-Taylor Center for Energy Policy and Finance at Stanford University. Earlier in her career, she held several credit and financial roles at various corporate and investment firms. Donna earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and graduated summa cum laude from Temple University with a B.B.A. in risk management.
