Don Siegel is an operating advisor for Thoma Bravo, where he provides financial management, operations and reporting guidance to the firm's portfolio companies. He joined the firm in 2015 and served as vice president of Portfolio Analysis before transitioning to an Operating role in 2019. Previously Don worked for City Capital Advisors, where he was an Investment Banking Analyst, working on mergers, acquisitions and valuation analysis. Before City Capital, he was a transactions and restructuring associate at KPMG, performing financial due diligence and quality of earnings analysis for both Private Equity and Strategic buyers. Don graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with an MBA in Financial Analysis and dual bachelor degrees in Accounting and Finance.
