Dan Dimaano is a senior associate on the Service Desk team at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, he joined the firm in 2023. Dan is responsible for employee IT help desk ticketing and end-user hardware and software troubleshooting. Before Thoma Bravo, he served as a combat engineer with the U.S. Army Reserves, conducting mobility, counter-mobility and survivability programs supporting combat forces in Syria, Iraq and Kuwait. During that time, he received several Army achievement medals, including the Inherent Resolve Campaign Medal with star and a Global War on Terrorism Service Medal.
