Cindy Crane is an operating advisor for Thoma Bravo, where she provides financial management, reporting and operations support to the firm's portfolio companies. She has 25 years of finance experience focused on optimizing performance, profitability and operational effectiveness in private and public technology companies. She most recently served as the business unit controller for security products at Dell for three years. For the prior eight years, Cindy was the vice president of FP&A for SonicWALL, a network security company. SonicWALL was a Thoma Bravo portfolio company from 2010-2012 and subsequently sold to Dell. Cindy earned her MBA from Santa Clara University and BA degree in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences from UC San Diego.
