Clifford (Cliff) Jeanlouis is an associate on the Service Desk team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Miami, he joined the firm in 2024. Cliff is responsible for IT help desk ticketing and end-user hardware and software troubleshooting. Before Thoma Bravo, he held IT and AV hardware and software support roles with Canon Business Process Services and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Earlier in his career, he spent four years as an electrician with the U.S. Marine Corps. Cliff holds a B.S. in information technology and networking from DeVry University.
