Christopher (Chris) Jiménez is a senior associate on the service desk team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Miami, he joined the firm in 2021. Chris is responsible for employee IT help desk ticketing and end-user hardware and software troubleshooting. Before Thoma Bravo, he held several IT service desk roles in the Orlando area, including end-user computing analyst at Paylocity, service desk analyst II for Osceola County, and IT service desk analyst for Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Americas. Earlier in his career, Chris was a senior level support specialist for Fidelity Investments and an IT end-user support lead for Great West Life. Chris studied network administration and IT management at McIntosh College and Southern New Hampshire University.
