Charles Maher

Charles (Charlie) Maher is a senior associate on the Portfolio Valuation and Reporting team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, he joined the firm in 2024. Charlie helps manage the firm's valuation needs, including quarterly valuations across its buyout, growth equity and credit investments. Before Thoma Bravo, he was a valuation associate with Hilco Valuation Services and a quantitative equity research analyst at First Trust. Charlie holds a B.S. in accounting and finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
