Caroline Mayfield is an executive assistant at Thoma Bravo. Based in Miami, she joined the firm in 2023 and returned in 2026 following a period supporting the chief executive officer of Fridababy. Prior to joining Thoma Bravo, she was an executive coordinator at Franklin Street Real Estate. Caroline holds a B.A. in English and a B.S. in political science from Florida State University.
