Caitlin Howard

Caitlin Howard is a vice president on the Tax and Accounting team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2020. Caitlin is responsible for the firm's tax and financial reporting. Previously, she worked for Ernst & Young, most recently as a tax manager. Earlier in her career, she was the senior tax accountant at Franklin Monroe Administrative Services and a senior tax associate at PwC. Caitlin is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.B.A. in accounting and a B.A. in Asian languages and literature (Japanese) from the Henry B. Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa.
