Brooke Fraser

Brooke Fraser is a manager on the Accounting team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2025. Before Thoma Bravo, she was an assurance manager in PwC’s asset and wealth management group, where she worked on a range of fund audits. Brooke is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Accounting and a B.S.B.A. in accounting and finance from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
