Brian Wilk

Brian Wilk is an associate on the Flagship team at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, he joined the firm in 2026. Prior to Thoma Bravo, he worked in investment banking at Moelis & Company, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Brian graduated with highest honors, earning a B.S. in finance from the College of Business at Lehigh University.
